Grandma bought the kiddos some candy treats. This is what Dillon looked like after one stick of a Kit Kat in the Arizona heat!!

And not long after getting on the freeway, they were out!!!

Derrick has been using a swim sweater floatie and does great in it. Doug recently bought him goggles and he has managed to get into the swimming position even with his floatie on! This weekend, we were in a small pool that he would touch the bottom so I took off his swim sweater because he wanted to try to swim.

He did so good!!! He starts swim lessons on July 1st and I think he is definitely read and will do great!!!

Day two at the pool! We expected them to be waterlogged but after a quick lunch, they all perked up!!

We  practically had this little spa (which wasnt heated) and pool to ourselves!!

Being that we were all the way in Arizona, we decided to make it a mini cousin vacation and we went to a hotel with a lazy river, two big pools and a slide.

Excited to get out to the pools!

The day after my baby shower, we hoped in the car and headed to the Phoenix, Arizona area to celebrate baby W's 1st birthday!! It was great to see so much out of town family!!

Derrick refused to nap on the drive out and so when we got there, he was not too happy. He was pouting on the couch....and ended up falling asleep!! He did take a 2 hour nap like this and woke up much happier!!

A pit stop on the way out!! This was a little gas station and after we got back in the car Derrick asked "are we going home now??" Hahaha!

You know it is a gooooood party when the 2 year old ends up like this at the end of the night!
